By examining over 12.4 million data points spanning fiscal years 2021-2025, we demonstrate a statistically significant correlation between the early adoption of transformer-based LLMs in strategic management and a 23% reduction in global pivot latency. We further propose the Business Analytics Maturity Index (BAMI) as a standardized metric for evaluating organizational readiness in the post-digital economy, providing a cross-industry roadmap for CIOs seeking to balance algorithmic efficiency with human-centric oversight.
